Fix for #21.
Problem ended up being how the altitude slices were being interpolated in
cartesian.py. Because the fix was in this module not one of the lower plotting modules, it hopefully will not impact the curvilinear plotting, which was working properly? Please check that though...I also added the same dashed white line used in the lon/alt plot to indicate the slice altitude to the lat/alt plot.
