SQLTools driver with ODBC support.

Notes

• Oracle: Requires both username and password, even if connecting via DSN.
• SQL Server: Requires username, even when using DSN authentication.
• MS Access: You may encounter a "no read permission on 'MSysObjects'" error when using the side panel:
