yes, we should have english prompts recorded first. It may or may not do the voice synth for missing prompts. I add entries even if the Spanish prompts aren't there yet. The menu entries should be more specific and I want to just name what is being called. "for project respond" "for oregon youth whatever". Otherwise the caller doesn't know who they are calling. The drawback as you probably thought of is that the caller needs to know what project respond is etc, but I think that's preferable. |

This helps with issue #420 but I think we should get the voice prompts in place first before committing to this?
I think this changes the ordering of the pdx services menu somewhat, in a way that I hope is slightly more important, but happy to discuss/change.
Do we get text-to-speech if the voice files don't exist? I can't remember if it's automatic.
