Added Missing Validation logic for option
--aviator-app-mapping option> java -jar '.\fcli.jar' ssc action run bulkaudit --add-aviator-tags -n --aviator-app-mapping fff FcliActionStepException: Invalid --aviator-app-mapping value 'fff'.
