Closes #1885
Summary
The
updateUser()andcreateUser()methods always perform two API requests under the hood: (1) the create/update request, and (2) a subsequentgetUser()request.This PR adds an optional parameter
noFetchUserRecordthat allows bypassing thegetUser()request when not needed, so that it returns void.
