| # Website Working Group | ||
| This Working Group (WG) is responsible for building and maintaining the CCC website and for producing reusable technical components that can be adopted by other projects using the Gemara schema. | ||
| ## Mission | ||
| The mission of the Website Working Group is to build, maintain, and evolve the CCC website while extracting and publishing reusable components that support broader adoption of the Gemara schema. The group focuses on sustainable delivery, reuse, and collaboration across the CCC community rather than one-off website implementation. | ||
| ## Approach | ||
| The Website WG will: | ||
| - Work with community members and stakeholders to gather requirements | ||
| - Ensure functionality and components that can be shared between projects are identified, extracted, and published to a central location | ||
| - Collaborate with the Delivery WG to publish reference implementations and testing results | ||
| - Integrate community feedback gathered via the Communications WG | ||
| ## Responsibilities | ||
| - Build and maintain the CCC website | ||
| - Develop and maintain reusable components for common elements, such as the control catalog schema | ||
| - Ensure reusable artefacts are suitable for adoption by external projects | ||
| - Coordinate with other WGs to align delivery, feedback, and publication | ||
| - Making release assets available online | ||
| - Hnadling different versions of the Gemara schema | ||
| ## Output / Deliverables | ||
| - Artefacts created by the group that are specific to the CCC website will be made publicly available in the project GitHub repository | ||
| - Artefacts that are more general purpose and reusable by other projects will be made publicly available via the Gemara source control repository and, where applicable, a package management repository | ||
| ## Out of Scope | ||
| - Requests that fall outside of the Gemara schema or CCC specific interests. | ||
| ## Membership | ||
| The membership structure of this WG, including roles and responsibilities, will adhere to the latest guidelines from the Community Structure WG. Where guidelines do not yet exist, the group will follow guidance from the CCC Steering Committee (SC). | ||
| ## Community Cadence | ||
| A member of this WG should be present on any calls scheduled by the SC for participation by the full CCC community, such as quarterly SC calls. The WG will use the project mailing list for regular communications. | ||
| ## Governance and Changes | ||

| - Working Group Lead: Stevie Shiells | ||
