Adds the
pull-requests: writepermission to the GITHUB_TOKEN so that the fermyon/actions/preview action can comment on the PR with deployed preview URL for PRs from dependabot.The preview URL comment works fine without this when the PR is created by a member of the org, wherein the default token permissions do have this write functionality, but dependabot PRs are given read-only permissions by default.
