Otherwise pypi rejects our wheel
This should resolve the issue with scipy because it does not build with python 3.14
maybe this is why scipy still tries to build from source on windows
Because bash is stupid

Use cibuildwheel to make binary package usable on pypi.
The wheel is built for linux, windows and macos
