Vivaldi browser setup

If your Vivaldi browser doesn't show Group Speed Dial when you open New tab page:

1. open Vivaldi Settings
2. click the "Tabs" section
3. under the "New Tab Page" enable "Controlled by Extension" checkbox:

This should make your Group Speed Dial as default New tab and Homepage.
