Per docs release coordination, 9.3.4 and 9.4.0 share one config bump to the latest semver (9.4), not a separate 9.3.x-only bump:

versioning_systems.elasticsearch-client-*lines still point at 9.3.x patches. Docs engineering should confirm whether to bump those to 9.4.x for GA and follow up in this PR or a follow-up.Merge timing
