This paginates the pulling of trips, and giving them to the frontend. It does not, however, do changes in how the data is handled in the frontend. I.e. the pagination must be implemented in dih-webapp.
In addition, the search that is now done client side must be moved to the backend, i.e. this PR must also implement search
