This build combines 3 experimental features:

• TV remote button handling: press the TV button twice to bring up the TV remote menu when it's in use by a button shortcut.
• Button suppression: the last button pressed in a button shortcut will not be sent to the game; this is ideal for shortcuts using "TV + another button".
• Empty shortcuts: leaving a button shortcut empty will no longer generate a conflict error. Currently only testable in the pre-release build of Papaya HUD.
