This repository is intentionally non-code. If you are looking for a place to talk, report problems, or ask sensible questions, welcome.
Before opening an issue:
- Check existing issues and Wiki
- Be specific
- Include context, examples, or screenshots where possible
Good issues describe observations, not emotions.
Bad:
“ATS is broken and hates me”
Good:
“Applied to 14 roles with similar CV structure, 12 rejections within 24h. Possible keyword filtering?”
The Wiki contains:
- explanations of how the product works
- notes on ATS behavior and hiring patterns
- terminology and concepts used in the project
- design decisions and constraints
It is not a knowledge base for “career advice”. It is documentation for how the system behaves.
DearHiring.team treats hiring as a system, not a mystery.
- If something consistently happens, it can be observed.
- If it can be observed, it can be measured.
- If it can be measured, it can be reasoned about.
