apparmor's launchpad URL embeds a series dir (.../apparmor/<maj.min>//...). Source0 hardcodes the old 3.1 series → re-sub to 4.1.0 404s → C cleared col6 + spurious warning. PS uses the href (correct series). Added apparmor_series_fixup() (gated) rewriting the series to maj.min of latest. Verified locally ROW-IDENTICAL to PS incl col9 SHA; intltool/itstool/openvswitch unchanged. build+ctest green.

apparmor's launchpad URL embeds a release-series dir
(.../apparmor/<major.minor>/<version>/...). Its Source0 hardcodes the
OLD series (3.1), so re-substituting the detected version (4.1.0) yields
.../apparmor/3.1/4.1.0/... which 404s -> C cleared col6 and emitted a
spurious "Manufacturer may changed..." warning. PS uses the listing
href, which carries the correct series. Added apparmor_series_fixup()
(gated to apparmor) that rewrites the series segment to major.minor of
the detected version. Verified locally ROW-IDENTICAL to PS (col6=
.../apparmor/4.1/4.1.0/..., col7=200, col9 SHA, col10, no warning); the
3 other all-other-types specs (intltool/itstool/openvswitch) unchanged.
