Pull request overview
Updates the CI Docker Compose setup used to spin up a DSpace backend for GitHub Actions e2e testing, aligning the test database source with the upstream demo entities dataset and adjusting startup behavior.

- Removes Discovery index rebuild from the backend container startup sequence.

Problem description
Integration tests on customer vsb-tuo failed after changed dspace-ci-image. The problem now is that it is used wrong dump.
