Bump Agent Skills from 0.1.5 to 0.2.1 in the 1.0.0 entry and fix the phantom "0.300.0" key to "0.299.2" — CLI went from v0.299.2 straight to v1.0.0, so v0.300.0 never existed. Co-authored-by: Isaac
