Changes look good. One thing: could being upgraded from python 3.5 to 3.6 for ipynb have any potential forward compatibility issues with datascience or any of the assignments? |

Update the old labs (Sp18 Based) to new Fa18 content.
It seems some changes unique to my local env were made-- changing metadata to collapsed and updating python version.
