This fix allows latitude and longitude to be set to
0in the constructor'soptionsargument. Without this change, the default values would be applied due to the expressionp0.latevaluating tofalsefor this particular edge case.Also, on a side note: The git hooks set up on this project no longer work as expected and should be updated or removed.
