Initial release

This is actually the first project I've brought to a more or less complete state (although really simple). Features include:

• TypeORM with react-native-sqlite-storage
• react-native-paper and react-native-elements for the list items and search bar
• probably something else I forgot
• A downloadable apk! Don't expect it to work though

Dark mode is the next step, though don't expect any work on this soon
