This patch resolves a dependency upgrade problem, where the following versions of cspray/annotated-container-adr could not be supported with cspray/annotated-container 2.x:

• 3.1
• 3.2
• 3.3

These releases rely on a version of cspray/annotated-target that is not supported until Annotated Container v3. This patch downgrades required dependencies to use a supported version of Annotated Target.
