New 'Feeds' tab in the crunch navigation showing: - Feed sources table: source, subject, kind, granularity, record count, freshness badge (green <2min, yellow >2min) - Live feed data table: auto-refreshes every 5s, shows event time, source, subject, values, and ingestion latency - Feed filter dropdown when multiple feeds are active Helps coordinators monitor their data pipeline health in real time.
