What does this PR do?
Fixes #121, as FreeBSD 16 php no longer recognizes the
parse_config()function. Hence, the post-install script for this package no longer works, as described in the ticket.Related tickets

Additional notes
This still requires running the install script with the
--freebsd 15flag as FreeBSD build for the dependencies still doesn't seem to exist.
