This PR switches this repo to a monorepo so we can have all of our code for all vehicles in one place and edit it easily. External packages are still submoduled as we do not currently anticipate modifying them often.
There are many commits because commit history from other packages is preserved. For this reason, this PR should NOT be squash merged.
Resolves #29 as well.
