Release version 0.32.0 with topic_id and prompt_id dimension support in reports

Adds 'topic_id' and 'prompt_id' as allowed values for the dimensions parameter in the citations and sentiment methods of ReportsResource and AsyncReportsResource, and in the corresponding ReportCitationsParams and ReportSentimentParams TypedDicts. Also bumps the package version from 0.31.1 to 0.32.0 and updates the OpenAPI spec reference in .stats.yml.
