Getting started

• git clone https://github.com/consultlowtide/rt-canada.git
• yarn
• yarn start

The backend of this project, is not needed in order to run this project. It runs nightly to calculate Rt values based on the latest case data from the COVID-19 Canada Open Data Working Group, and publishes its output to src/caseData/ as latest-canada.json and latest-ontario.json.
