also move strat fold stuff into its own folder
was not properly getting the ids because not all the files actually had ids. so just had to stript for the original filename within the birdnet addons to the segment names
this is different in how it parses, could probably at a future date be modified to be a smaller script with functions that the other strat k fold script call from whoot package
uploading data to ei is easiest when data is split into train, test with the subfolders inside each for each class rather than uploading metadata with all the data. this script does that but needs more doctrings, linting, and reusability editing but it works
