Add speaker info from spreadsheet

Add the data from the speaker information form to the website up to today, February 23rd (last submitted speaker was Whitney Christopher on 2/16). I can share the sheet with whoever is testing if you@ me.

Notes:

• Three speakers would've changed IDs due to extra names/initials being added/removed. I kept the old IDs but updated the names based on the spreadsheet
• Natasha Allen is a CSS volunteer and not a speaker so she's just an image
• The yaml diff has a lot of misleading noise because the script made whitespace and quotation changes to string fields

Smoke test:

• Speakers page should render with no missing images
• Speakers should be in last name alpha order
• Anyone with an image should have a related talk/workshop
• Double check sheet rows against speakers page

Looks good to me — except Natasha Allen's info is missing. Given the time, I'm going to merge as-is and submit a PR to add Natasha's info.

Oh, I don't see Natasha as a speaker anywhere, so that's probably why she's not included. I assume she submitted her info for the CSV.
