Source ANSI / HTML for each size live under `evidence/screenshots/` in the
worktree (locally ignored — regenerate via the script whenever the demo scene
or overlay layout changes).
The ANSI and HTML intermediates live in a temporary directory and are deleted by
the script's cleanup trap. The checked-in artifact is the regenerated PNG set
under this directory.
