it's a peer dependency of gulp-postcss https://github.com/postcss/gulp-postcss/blob/main/package.json#L59

I can add it back, but I don't think this dependency is needed to use claycli.

yeah we're installing in nymag/vueify https://github.com/clay/claycli/blob/b586d9a98e0da6484a7f442f8dbd3311dc3cfa22/package-lock.json#L2142
