Update grunt-ng-annotate to 0.10

The build task fails under Node 0.12 unless grunt-ng-annotate is upgraded to 0.10. This addresses bug #102.

Guys, I forked this repo last August and updated all dependencies plus optimized the grunt tasks for better usability & speed and added a few more features. See all changes and improvements here.

I was thinking to add more features to it, like Angular 1.5 Components/Router, Material Design, Flexbox, RxJs, maybe prebuilt components like user authentication and some others but since there was not so much activity on that repo I decided to keep those for myself :)
