- Updated `validateEnvironmentValue` to accept an `allowTest` option
- Modified `level` and `humanReadable` exports to use `{ allowTest: true }`
- Prevents crashes when NODE_ENV or related env vars are set to 'test'
- Ensures safe fallback to default log level and format during test runs
