- Updated root aggregator POM to use with proper report-aggregate execution
- Cleaned up license-generator module POM with prepare-agent and prepare-agent-integration goals
- Ensured surefire (unit) and failsafe (IT) run with correct JaCoCo agents
- Coverage from ITs now included in jacoco-aggregate report
