Hey, I'm Brian.

I build weird, cool things β€” sometimes they even work.

Senior PM in creative ops by day. Tinkerer powered by coffee, mead, and stubborn curiosity by night. Most of what I make sits at the intersection of AI, storytelling, and "I wonder if this is possible."

πŸ› οΈ What's Here

Local AI image organizer that uses Ollama's vision model to analyze, cluster, and sort AI-generated images by character β€” all through a Streamlit UI. No cloud. No subscriptions. Your images stay yours.

A desktop app that guides a story from a one-line premise to a complete manuscript through an 8-phase AI pipeline β€” fully offline, powered by a local LLM. Because your story drafts don't need to live on someone else's server either.

The open scaffold behind Story Engine β€” a file-based narrative architecture for writing long-form fiction with Claude Code. Continuity tracking, world-building, iterative drafting. Software dev principles, applied to novels.

A Progressive Web App for managing Delta Green TTRPG character sheets. Full sanity system, dice roller, offline support, PDF import. Works in your browser. Stores nothing but your secrets.

πŸ§ͺ How I Work

I use AI as a creative and technical collaborator β€” not a shortcut. Most of what I build starts with a problem I actually have, a question I genuinely want answered, or a game I want to run better. The tools tend to follow.

πŸ“‘ Currently Exploring

  • Local-first AI tooling
  • AI + creative writing workflows
  • Building things that didn't need to exist but are better for it

Always tinkering. Occasionally shipping.
