Separates Blue and Spark Booster in the equipment menu such that they can be toggled independently. Only two rows in the BOOTS menu are provided, which will be populated by Blue and Spark Booster.
TODO:
escape_items: Add the included Blue/Spark, Blue/Speed, or Spark/Speed speed items, rather than simply adding "full Speed Booster".
