Net radiation in Lagoa da Conceição basin estimated with remote sensing data

This repository contains the following files:

1. user_functions.py: Python script with user-defined functions;
2. imagery_analyses.py: Python script to perform the estimation of net radiation using METRIC and Landsat 8 images;
3. statistic_analyses_plots.py: Python script with statistical analyses of the data and generated plots;
4. data_station_inmet.csv: ancillary data from weather station;
5. vectors: folder with required vector layers;
6. generated_data: folder containing the data generated from the analyses (CSV files only).
