Add FormRecap to Forms section

Adding FormRecap — a form abandonment recovery tool built for JAMstack/static sites.

When a visitor starts filling out a form and leaves without submitting, they get a recovery email with a magic link that restores their exact form progress.

• Works with any HTML form including SPAs
• Per-customer encryption, sensitive fields excluded by default
