Implement a comprehensive Dockerized audio/video call infrastructure to enable robust real-time communication features.
This PR sets up a multi-service Docker environment including LiveKit, COTURN, Redis, Nginx, and Prometheus, providing a complete and production-ready stack for audio/video calling, with added security hardening, NAT traversal, and monitoring capabilities.
