…1590) Large Vega/Vega-Lite specs can exceed the ~5MB localStorage quota, causing an uncaught QuotaExceededError that crashes the editor. This wraps the localStorage.setItem call in a try/catch so the editor continues to function normally — the only effect is that state won't be persisted across page reloads for oversized specs.
