Adds the FCEFyN university lab (labgrid-fcefyn) to labnet.yaml, the device list includes what we currently have on the rack (Linksys/Belkin RT3200 instances, OpenWrt One, Banana Pi R4, LibreRouter.) but we probably will add a few more devices in near future.
It also ships the Ansible exporter bundle for this host: labgrid exporter config, netplan + dnsmasq for the per-DUT VLAN setup (including the shared VLAN 200 bit for multi-node style tests).
Please note that changes in #202 should ideally be merged first since this lab already has multiple belkinrt3200 routers, and will have also multiple librerouters.
