Users can control where reading begins using startup modes: `earliest` (full history), `latest` (new changes), or `timestamp` (specific point in time). These modes are essential for **Point-in-Time Recovery** and **ML Backtesting**.

The `$changelog` virtual table unlocks critical use cases for regulatory and advanced analytics environments:

We need to consider $binlog aswell, more information can be taken from:

Hi @polyzos, I have pushed a commit to update the blog from my perspective. Below are the key changes; please feel free to modify them if you have any concerns:

  1. Added a feature overview image at the beginning of the post.
  2. Included Upgrade Notes and List of Contributors sections, consistent with previous release blogs.
  3. Renamed the Virtual Table section to Change Data Feed to better introduce the $binlog and $changelog virtual tables.
  4. Refined the More Improvements section by adding minor features and removing unnecessary items.
  5. Mentioned Delta Join in the Flink Integration section.
  6. Updated FIP links to point directly to the documentation.
  7. Expanded on usage scenarios for the Aggregation Merge Engine and auto-increment columns.
  8. Addressed @luoyuxia's comments and fixed several documentation errors.

LGTM.

Additionally, should we define a release title for this blog post, similar to the 0.8 version: "Announcing Apache Fluss (Incubating) 0.8: Streaming Lakehouse for Data + AI"?
