This organization incubates AI-native products from idea selection to spec, prototype, and validation. The goal is simple: test promising ideas fast, keep what works, and spin out what earns it.
- Start from a strong idea source such as awesome-ai-ideas.
- Narrow the idea into a specific user, workflow, and outcome.
- Build the minimum prototype that proves the core loop.
- Validate with real usage, dogfooding, or targeted feedback.
- Iterate, archive, or graduate the project.

Each prototype repo should explain:
- who the user is
- what problem is being solved
- what the smallest useful workflow is
- what has been validated so far
- what is explicitly out of scope
This org previously hosted Java middleware and framework learning projects. Those repositories remain part of the org history, but the current direction is AI product incubation.
