this is a light weight C++ dll project that is used to validate OMR data. This data is validated and instruction is sent to the OMR scanner to either accept the data or reject the current scanned OMR form. It is very fast, and can valiate up 100 sheets in 3 secs, this has greatly increase scanning efficiency and time.
