#GSOC 2016 - Canadian Centre for Computation Genomics (Montreal Node)

This script is developed for the fulfillment of the selection tests for the Google Summer of Code 2016 at Canadian Centre for Computation Genomics.

The function defined in the script will take any inputBam file, genome FASTA file and the name of the output file to call Delly2 to perform Computational Analysis on the genomic set.
