This PR updates the Online Expansion and Math Tutoring Benefit pages to use a unified layout and styling. The changes include MLA-style paragraph indents, full-width green background sections, and quote blocks that stretch edge-to-edge for a seamless look. To review, open both pages in the browser and confirm that the background color fills the entire viewport, the quote sections are fully extended, and all paragraphs have a visible text indent at the start. The design should now match the Chess Benefit page template exactly.
