Initial public release of eGPUBridge.

This is an experimental Decky Loader plugin for SteamOS Game Mode eGPU display switching.

Tested hardware:

• Lenovo Legion Go S running SteamOS / SteamOS-like Game Mode
• AMD Radeon RX 9070 / RX 9070 XT class eGPU
• ASMedia 246x USB4 bridge / dock path
• External TV connected through the eGPU HDMI output
• Optional TV control tested with Wake-on-LAN and ADB

Included features:

• eGPU status display
• SMART internal / TV-eGPU switching
• TV Mode selector
• optional TV Control via WoL / ADB / CEC
• Recovery Hotkey support
• read-only USB4 dock status
• Diagnostics / Recovery section

Safety notes:

• does not publish private TV IP/MAC config
• does not include Android platform-tools binaries
• runtime configs are ignored by Git
• display switching should use wrapper config files and gamescope-session.target
• normal switching should not patch system Gamescope files or restart SDDM

This release is a public source snapshot, not yet a polished Decky Store package.
