• Add GitHub Markdown versions of bug/defect and feature/enhancement patch test templates
• Add GitHub Markdown versions of the combined report templates

I think we don’t need any changes on the combined-report page now because we’ve already moved this page to the archive.

Please revert the changes made to: archive/archived-test-reports/combined-report.md

Agree with @huzaifaalmesbah , since the combined report page is already archived, I think we can revert the changes made to archive/archived-test-reports/combined-report.md and keep this MR focused only on active templates.
