This PR removes the outdated and broken Travis CI badge from the README file.

The Travis CI service is no longer active for this project, and the linked badge currently returns a 404 error, resulting in a broken image. Removing the badge improves readability and avoids confusion for new contributors.

Thanks for this @manhphuc!

The WordPress organization has not used TravisCI for quite awhile now. This repository specifically has not run a build there in 7 years. The badge is likely broken because that build happened prior to TravisCI transitioning from .org to .com, which was done for all projects.

I think the right thing to do here is remove this badge entirely (there's no function equivalent in GitHub Actions) along with the .travis.yml configuration file and any other references to TravisCI.
