- adds Plotly to the frontend and introduces a LivePlotDemo page that streams CAN data from the in-browser datastore with message/signal selectors and a 60s rolling window.
- creates useLiveSeries hook to transform CAN history into Plotly-friendly x/y series with unit tracking.
- exposes the demo via /live-plot route and sidebar entry for quick access.
- updates dependencies (react-plotly.js, plotly.js, @types/react-plotly.js).
