Objectives of This Repository

This repo exists to:

1. Collect R scripts and notebooks used in healthcare analytics and quality projects.
2. Document reproducible workflows for audits, KPI tracking, and accreditation prep.
3. Build small, modular tools that quality teams can reuse without needing deep programming skills.
4. Experiment with visual storytelling (plots, dashboards, and reports) that support decision‑making.

Typical Use Cases

• Cleaning and standardizing hospital data (Excel, CSV, exported reports)
• Building quality indicators and scorecards
• Visualizing trends (e.g., incident reports, compliance rates, turnaround times)
• Supporting internal audits and management review meetings
• Prototyping ideas before moving to enterprise tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

Tech & Tools

Mostly R, with occasional support from:

• R Markdown / Quarto for reports
• Tidyverse for data wrangling and visualization
