filter ajax request to only use the cve identifier and some formatting
added class to cve links and set the hovercards
CVE name only displays once now, under the title. Also formatted file.
Format and changed import and function call that would cause error.
Only make ajax request if current card is not already populated.
Made cve links stay on same line

if cve has nickname, it will be title of tooltip, cve will be title otherwise.
